How do I care for my Abaya and Scarf?

For the best care of your Abaya and Scarf, we recommend the following:

  • Allow them to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.
What if an item is out of stock in my size?

If an item is not in stock in your size, please check whether it is possible to provide an e-mail address. You can register for our waiting list, if possible. We will send you an email as soon as the item is available again.

Are the colors of the clothing as shown on the website?

We do our best to accurately display the colors of our products. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to track the status of your package online.

All orders are shipped via DHL or PostNL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

What shipping options do you offer?

The Netherlands:

Shipping costs: €4.95, free for orders over €50.

Delivery time: Orders placed before 8:00 PM on working days are shipped the same day and are normally delivered the next day.

Belgium:

Shipping costs: €4.95, free for orders over €50.

Delivery time: Orders placed before 8:00 PM on working days are shipped the same day and are normally delivered the next day.

Europe (EU countries):

Express shipping: €9.95, free for orders over €100.

Delivery time: Delivery time may vary depending on the specific country, but you will usually receive your order within a few days.

International (outside EU):

Express shipping: €19.95, free for orders over €150.

Delivery time: Delivery time may vary depending on the specific country, but you will usually receive your order within 5 to 14 business days.

Important information:

All orders are shipped via DHL or PostNL.

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
